General

  • Quotes are based on the items enquired.
  • Rental prices may change without prior notice.
  • Number of rental of days is from SET UP date to TEAR DOWN date.
  • Prices are before GST, Manpower & Delivery Charges
  • Delivery will be facilitated using either a 10 ft or 14 ft truck.
  • Extra fees will be imposed if the capacity of a single lorry is inadequate to accommodate all the goods.

*For exhibitions, tradeshows, and Roadshows, please note that the transportation charges listed exclude personnel passes, vehicle pass fees, and any additional charges levied by the venues. If you require multiple booths, there may be additional fees for logistics. Kindly ensure that you provide the necessary passes to avoid incurring extra charges. Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, please see the following cancellation policies;

Any changes / reduction of items / cancellation of the entire event will incur charges based on the total bill

For orders that do not meet any of the criteria below: 30% charges.

  • 2 weeks before date of delivery: 100% Charges

Stair Access for Orders

If the delivery team must climb more than two flights of stairs to access the location, an additional fee equivalent to 50% of the total setup/teardown costs will be charged.

Handling Guidelines

  • Care and Responsibility: The Hirer must handle all rented furniture with care and adhere to the provided safety and operational guidelines.
  • Liability for Damages: The Hirer is responsible for any delays, costs, or damages caused by negligent use or loss of the rented furniture. Items must be returned in clean and functional condition.
  • Replacement Costs: In cases of lost or damaged furniture, replacement charges will begin at a minimum of 300% of the rental value.
  • Third-Party Items: Pinnacle Event Furniture is not liable for damages caused while moving items not rented from us. Additional manpower fees will apply for such services if requested.

All prices are exclusive of GST, manpower, and delivery charges.

Exchange/Swap Policy for Undelivered Orders

  • Eligibility: This policy applies exclusively to orders that have not yet been delivered. Requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Items already delivered onsite are fully chargeable at 100%.
  • Fees for Undelivered Orders: For changes made after an order is placed but before delivery, a minimum fee of 30% of the hiring cost will be charged. This fee excludes transport costs and covers the blocked rental period and operational efforts to facilitate the swap.
  • Delivered Orders: Swapping items that have already been delivered will incur additional manpower and handling fees. Please refer to the “Delivery Times & Fees” section for further details
